Visa approved, and OPM rock band The Itchyworms is ready to hit the road in Canada, reuniting with a member for a series of highly anticipated tour stops and saying goodbye to one.
Titled “Akin Ka Na Lang Canada,” the tour will kick off in Vancouver on Nov. 1 at The Centre, followed by performances at The Palace Theatre in Calgary on Nov. 3, Club Regent Event Centre in Winnipeg on Nov. 8 and will culminate at The Concert Hall in Toronto on Nov. 10.
The tour is more than just a series of concerts across Canada, as it will also be a meaningful reunion and a farewell for the band members. In Vancouver, the band will reunite with their original guitarist, Chino Singson.

Singson, who left the band in September 2022 after migrating to Canada, last performed with the Itchyworms during their US tour in March of last year. Fans who have missed his signature guitar riffs are eagerly anticipating his return for the Canadian leg of the tour.
Adding a bittersweet note, the tour will also mark the departure of instrumentalist Mikey Amistoso, who joined the Itchyworms in 2022. Amistoso is set to migrate to Toronto, where the tour will conclude on Nov. 10 at The Concert Hall.
The band shared their excitement on Instagram, writing, “VISA APPROVED! Dahil excited na akong ipost ito…Eyyyyyy naman dyan! Kita kits na talaga tayo mga Madlang People!” They added that these shows will undoubtedly be the “pinakamasayang show ng taon.”
