LEGAZPI CITY — Classes at all levels were still suspended in several areas in Albay province on Tuesday due to continuous rains brought by the Shear Line.
The Albay Information Office said the suspension of in-person classes covered the towns of Camalig, Daraga, Polangui, Pio Duran, Bacacay, Manito, Malilipot, Sto. Domingo, Oas, Libon, and Malinao, and the cities of Legazpi and Tabaco.

In the 2 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned of moderate to heavy rains affecting Albay, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon.
