Leisure farm developer eyes 1st phase completion of Batangas property in 2025

Property developer VHermosa Bright Corporation is eyeing to complete the first phase of its residential-leisure farm development in Batangas next year, which will pave the way for future expansion of the project touted as an attractive investment for young professionals.

VHermosa Bright Corp. president and chief executive officer Adrian Carlo Uy Escay said that the Mountain View Leisure Farm and Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas is also a good fit for the middle-class market today.

“The regular price is P7,300 per square meter. So that’s for zero down payment,” Escay told reporters in a recent interview.

“But the higher the down payment, the higher the discount. So they can avail up to 35 percent discount,” he added, noting the price could go to as low as P4,750.

He added that the property, the first phase of which spans 30 hectares, will also host a wide selection of facilities including a club house, playgrounds and parks, to name a few.

The company executive said that they invested an initial capital of P100 million for the project, and has set aside P3 billion to further develop the property and the others in their development pipeline.

He said that the property is an attractive investment that will quickly appreciate in value given the recent major infrastructure development projects, such as roads connecting the province to Manila.

Aside from the Mountain View Leisure Farm and Resort, VHermosa also operates the EastWest Breeze Leisure Farm in Indang, Cavite.

The company is also looking at prospects in the northern part of the country, particularly in Nueva Ecija.

“Actually, it will take just two years. I mean, within the next year, we will open. Then, within the next year we will start some sort of development,” he said.
